·       Never reuse your main email password: - The hacker has the key to catch your main email passwords and get entry to your virtual kingdom. A criminal can get hole to peep into your personal data that may include your banking details, passport information, etc.

·       Don’t let email viruses to destroy your email data: -

Make sure you have backup of all the data you have in your computer. Also. Do check you have anti-virus software in your PC to protect your data and keep you out of trouble.

·       Don’t spy on your employee computers: -

Provide them with password and respect their privacy but do let them know that their computers have touch with the organisation machines and will be caught if misusing it. 

·       Don’t post anything negative about your employees: -

It will be very rude towards your employees and towards the image of your company by posting wrong comments or feelings about them on social media sites. (Kaur, 2016)
